The answer is simple “I can help you with that” Its so funny that I call companies up every day and the first thing they ask is how they can help me. I tell them and they ignor me! what I want to know at the beginning is if I am on tho the right place aned can they help me, in the end! But most of the time when I speek to customer service reps or sales people they slip from asking what they can do for me into what I need to do for them without a heartbeat.
