Baaaaa! A chorus of sheep sing about how much they love the American way of health care. They trust that because they’re young and lucky, they’re safe from losing their health insurance coverage. Behaving like sheep, they won’t complain if they do lose their coverage through some change of circumstance or legal technicality. If they do get sick, they can handle it…they’ll just max out their credit cards. They have no notion why, but they blindly support the large insurers and accept the way they’re treated like sheep…after all, that’s what they are. And they want you to join them!

Well done, Doug! Don’t get me started on this topic…our “sick care” system is so messed up I fear there is no way to fix it. There is too much money involved and too many conflicts of interest. We are getting sicker all the time from all this so-called health care but drug companies are making a “killing.” Can’t say I’m thrilled with the reforms planned, tho….I’d rather have single payer vs. forced insurance. But I don’t like any of it , since it all excludes alternative medicine. Sigh.
